Michelle Harris has been managing our rental property in Cambewarra since joining Ray White Berry team in May 2011.

Michelle has been managing our property for about 7 months. From the very beginning that she stepped in this role she had to deal with our tenant not paying the rent for a couple months. Michelle was able to work out a the situation to our satisfaction by taking time to meet and come to a payment agreement with the tenant that was acceptable to us. This was done in a timely manner and she was constantly in touch with us keeping us informed about the progress of the situation.

Michelle is easy to deal with, she is assertive, hard working and has good communication skills in dealing with people from various backgrouds. We are satisfied with the job that Michelle is doing as our Property Manager.

Michelle Harris has managed the lease for my property in Berry with professionalism & sincerity. Phone calls & emails are handled promptly & efficiently, Michelle is personable to speak with & reasonable when co-ordinating maintenance, inspections & questions I may have.

Paperwork pertaining to my property is kept up to date by Michelle, with clear & regular account statements posted to me, sometimes with additional brochures that assist me with maintenance. Michelle has been excellent when liaising between the tenant & myself in order to co-ordinate times for repairs or quotes. When a repair has been required, Michelle has been quick to be proactive to suggest the best way to go ahead.

For example, in recent high winds some roof tiles needed replacing.  Michelle emailed with a suggestion of contractor and possible price variances.  A follow up phone call decided the best way to go ahead and the work was carried out.  Michelle liaised with the tennants and kept them informed also.  The bill was managed through the account.  The process was quick, the property repair carried out with minimum fuss and maximum care.

I am confident if a problem with the property was too arise, Michelle would contact me and that I too can be in touch if a change were to arise pertaining to the property.  I have been satifisied with the professional service that Michelle has demonstrated when handling my property with Ray White, Berry.
